The Lithuanian 50 tons/hour perlite crushing and drying line project has officially been put into production and is running continuously and efficiently. Zhengzhou Dingli provides customers with a full-process solution of "crushing-grinding-drying-packaging" and supports equipment customization.
In response to Lithuanian customers' demand for efficient and environmentally friendly processing of perlite, the Zhengzhou Dingli technical team adopted core technologies such as intelligent temperature control and waste heat recovery to design an automated perlite drying line with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons. The equipment ensures that the expansion rate of perlite is increased by more than 15% by accurately controlling the temperature and humidity curve, while reducing energy consumption by 30%, and exhaust emissions meet local environmental protection standards.
