When stockpiled outdoors, it is prone to runoff and mold growth; this not only occupies significant space but also creates environmental hazards such as dust emissions and leachate, all while entailing high disposal costs.
Zhengzhou Dingli Group constructed a DLMG-2825 coal slime drying production line for the client. Specifically designed for highly viscous coal slime, the system processes 50 tons of raw material per hour, reliably drying wet coal slime (with an initial moisture content of ≤24%) to a final moisture content of ≤15%.
The dried coal slime features uniform quality and a stable calorific value, allowing it to be recycled directly as fuel. This transforms solid waste into a resource, simultaneously solving the pollution issues associated with stockpiling and generating substantial economic benefits for the client.
The entire system operates stably with excellent thermal efficiency. Equipped with dust removal and noise reduction devices, it complies with local environmental emission standards in Shanxi, helping coal enterprises save energy, reduce costs, and utilize solid waste as a resource.
