The yeast dryer is a dryer that heats the material and vaporizes the water by indirect conduction heating, and uses steam to heat. The drying cylinder (drum) is a metal hollow cylinder with a processed outer surface and a very high surface finish. Driven by the transmission device (large and small gear transmission), the drying cylinder rotates around the axial direction and the speed can be adjusted. The slurry is preheated in the preheating tank, preheated to about 50°C, and then fed into the immersion tank at the lower part of the drying cylinder with a feed pump, immersed in the drying cylinder for about 60-80mm, and the outer surface of the rotating drying cylinder is coated with a A uniform layer of slurry (that is, film thickness), the steam pressure in the dryer is 0.15-0.3Mpa, the slurry is heated on the outer wall of the dryer, and the water is vaporized and discharged by the axial flow fan. The drying cylinder rotates once, and the material is dried, and the sheet material is discharged by the scraper on the outer wall of the drying cylinder, and falls to the discharge port for collection.

This system is especially suitable for recycling waste yeast in breweries. Dryers of different specifications can meet the needs of breweries with an annual output of 30,000 to 100,000 tons. This machine is also suitable for drying treatment in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
