Coconut peat drying process:

Coconut bran raw material is easy to block due to its high friction coefficient. We use the wind conveying system to send it into the inner layer of the three-layer rotary drying drum. The contact with the hot air quickly evaporates the water, and the material is moved by the material guide plate with a large lead angle. If it cannot form a bond, it will be introduced to the next working area; the second is the lifting and cleaning area, where the wet material is copied by the lifting plate with different angles. It forms a full-cut fabric curtain state, and the material is scattered in a spiral manner to achieve heat exchange. When the material falls, it is easy to form a phenomenon of sticking to the wall of the drum. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device automatically cleans the adhesion of the inner wall with the rotation of the drum. The third is the fast transfer area, where the wet material is already in a low-moisture loose state, and the material no longer has a sticking phenomenon in this area, and quickly flows into the middle drum as the drum rotates.
