After the food waste is transported to the treatment plant, it is firstly weighed and measured by the electronic ground scale and the data is recorded, and then it is unloaded into the receiving tank of the food waste pretreatment system. The belt conveyor transports the food waste in the receiving tank to the automatic sorting in the sorting machine.

1. Sorted metals, plastics, rubber, cans, etc. are collected in a centralized manner and then recycled and reused;

2. Sorted glass, enamel and other non-degradable materials are collected and sent to landfills;

3. The sorted organic matter passes through the spiral dehydration system, reducing the moisture content of the material from 85% to 95% to about 65%. After dehydration, the food feeder pushes it to the crusher to achieve more than 95% of the material. The particle size of the refined material is ≤5mm, and the crushing and refining can make the material fully and evenly contact with the fermentation agent, saving fermentation time. The elevator lifts the crushed and refined materials into the biochemical treatment section. The entire disposal process of incoming material receiving trough, belt conveying, sorting, dehydration, crushing, etc. is completed in a fully enclosed state. After the environmental odor is collected by the collection system, it is sent to the odor treatment system. Then carry out microbial biochemical fermentation.
