The Shanxi coal slime dryer project has been successfully put into operation after on-site commissioning, solving the problem of efficient and comprehensive utilization of local coal slime resources. During the trial run, this set of equipment was used stably, with high working efficiency and good drying effect, and the customer was very satisfied.

Coal slime dryer adopts the structure of scattered feeding and drying system for the characteristics of easy bonding and high moisture content of coal slime, so that the dried coal slime particles are uniform and the water content is within 15%. The heat sources of the new coal slime dryer are mainly steam waste heat, natural gas burners, coal burners, gas generators, fuel oil engines and other heat sources. Different coal slime drying heat sources are equipped with dust removal equipment designed for corresponding technologies. Purification systems such as French secondary dust removal, dry and wet secondary dust removal, and dry and wet multi-stage dust removal ensure that the coal slime drying line passes the environmental impact assessment.
