Working principle of soybean meal dryer
1. After a certain amount of dehydration, the wet soybean meal is dispersed and then enters the drum of the dryer equipment from the feeder. Under the flipping of the lifting plates evenly distributed in the drum, it is evenly dispersed in the drying area and fully contacted with the hot air. The drying heat transfer and mass transfer are accelerated; the moisture is extracted by the induced draft equipment to prevent the material from returning to moisture.
2. During the drying process, the soybean meal moves at a constant speed under the action of the inclined plate and the heat medium to the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer and discharges the dried product. In the design of the plan, the characteristics of high moisture content and high protein content of soybean meal were fully taken into consideration, and a series of original and unique technologies and processes were adopted to solve the problem to ensure good drying effect.
