The working principle of this set of equipment is as follows: After the wet iron ore enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: First, the guide area. The wet iron ore enters this area and contacts the high-temperature hot air to quickly evaporate the water. The iron ore is guided at a large guide angle. When the plate is moved, if no bond is formed, it will be directed to the next work area; the second is the lifting and cleaning area, where the wet material is lifted up by the plate to form a material curtain state. When the iron ore falls, it is easy to form a bonding roller wall phenomenon. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device effectively cleans the iron ore adhered to the inner wall. In this process, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking up the iron ore pellets, thereby increasing the heat exchange area, which improves the drying rate; the third is the inclined lifting plate area. The wet iron ore in this area has been in a low-moisture and loose state. The iron ore no longer has a bonding phenomenon in this area. After sufficient heat exchange, the slag reaches the required The moisture state enters the discharging area; the fourth is the discharging area. The drum does not have a copy plate in this area, and the iron ore rolls and slides in this area to the discharge port to complete the entire drying process.
