Dingli biomass pellet production line is a production line specially used to process biomass raw materials into biomass pellet fuel. This production line includes a series of processes such as raw material processing, crushing, drying, pressing, cooling and packaging.
First, the raw materials undergo preliminary processing, which may include screening, cleaning and other steps to remove impurities and parts unsuitable for processing. Next, the raw materials enter the crushing stage and are broken into appropriate particle sizes. This is usually done using a crusher. The particle size of the crushed materials is generally between 1 and 12 mm.
Then, the crushed material contains a certain amount of moisture and needs to be dried to ensure granulation quality and storage stability. Drying generally uses a hot air stove or rotary dryer to dry the material to a certain moisture content.
The dried material enters the pressing stage and is fed into the pellet machine. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, it is extruded into particles of a fixed shape. This step also requires the addition of certain biomass binders, such as corn starch, wood flour, etc., to improve the strength and durability of the particles.
Next is the cooling stage. The pellets produced by the pellet machine are high-temperature and need to be cooled to reduce their temperature to ensure their quality and storage stability. Cooling usually uses a cooler or cooling fan to reduce the temperature of the particles to below room temperature.
Finally, the cooled particles are sent to the packaging machine through conveyor belts or screw conveyors for automatic packaging. Most packaging uses woven bags or plastic bags. The particles are put into the bags according to a certain weight and sealed and labeled.
Dingli's biomass pellet production line is of great significance for promoting renewable energy and reducing environmental pollution.
