Recently, the Shanxi Youyu coal slime dryer project designed, produced and constructed by Zhengzhou Dingli has been installed and debugged, successfully passed the trial run, and has now been put into production. According to customer feedback, the production line is running well, and the production efficiency and moisture content of dry materials fully meet the project requirements.

The project is mainly based on drum dryers, with a designed output of 50 tons per hour. In terms of process design, Zhengzhou Dingli provides a solution that is more in line with the actual situation of users. For low equipment efficiency, uneven drying, and large emissions, it adopts new drying technology + clean heating system + multi-stage dust removal system + PLC intelligent centralized control system, etc., which can improve drying efficiency and dry material quality, incremental dust collection, and reduce dust tail gas emissions, ensuring intelligent, efficient and green coal slime drying.
