The distiller's grain dryer is a professional waste distiller's grain dehydration treatment equipment. It is mainly used to remove the moisture from the wet distiller's grain so that it can reach a suitable state for storage or further processing and utilization.
The distiller's grain dryer mainly consists of the following key parts:
Heat source: Provides the heat energy required for drying, which can usually be hot air generated by burning coal, gas, biomass, etc.
Feeding machine: evenly feed the wet distiller's grains into the drying drum.
Drying drum: There are multiple lifting plates arranged in a spiral shape inside. The rotation drives the lifting plates to continuously raise the distiller's grains and fully contact with the hot air flow.
Transmission device: drives the drying drum to rotate to ensure the continuous drying process.
Discharging machine: discharge the dried distiller's grains from the drum.
Induced draft fan: Introduce the hot air flow into the drying drum and fully contact the lees to achieve the drying effect.
Power distribution cabinet: controls the electrical system of the entire dryer to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The working principle of the distiller's grain dryer: the wet distiller's grain is fed into the drying drum through the feeding machine. The lifting plate in the drying drum continuously lifts up the lees during the rotation process, and the striking device on the drum wall prevents the material from sticking to the drum wall and the lifting plate. The lifted material is fully in contact with the hot air flow introduced by the induced draft system, which accelerates the drying heat transfer and mass transfer process. Under the action of the hot air flow, the water in the lees evaporates rapidly to achieve drying. The dried lees are discharged by the feeder, completing the entire drying process.
Dingli lees dryer is an efficient, energy-saving, and automated waste lees dehydration treatment equipment, which is of great significance for improving the utilization rate and economic benefits of lees.
