Biomss bagasse pellets are a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels. The bagasse granulation production line is mainly composed of the following equipment:

1. Bagasse pretreatment equipment:

Crusher: crush the bagasse to a certain particle size to meet the feeding requirements of the subsequent granulation equipment.

Dryer: reduce the moisture content of the bagasse to a humidity range suitable for granulation. Commonly used drying equipment is a drum dryer, which evaporates the moisture in the bagasse through hot air circulation.

Biomass pellet machine: compress the pretreated bagasse into granules. This equipment is usually equipped with a variety of ring dies, and particles of different pore sizes can be customized according to needs. Its core function is to convert fine powder materials into granular materials that are convenient for storage, transportation and use through physical action.

Cooling equipment: cool the prepared bagasse particles to improve their stability and facilitate packaging.

3. Packaging and storage equipment:

Packaging machine: package the cooled bagasse particles for easy storage and transportation.

Storage equipment: such as ton bags, warehouses, etc., used to store the prepared bagasse particles.
