Dingli coco peat Dryer feeds coco peat with a moisture content of 50%-60% into the dryer for fluidized drying. Inside the dryer, the coco peat is continuously lifted and dropped by flip plates and advances forward in a spiral manner. The coco peat passes through the inner layer, middle layer, and outer layer of the dryer in sequence, undergoing heat exchange with hot air during this process. After drying, the dried coco peat is quickly carried out by the airflow, while the wet coco peat cannot move quickly due to its own weight. The coco peat is thoroughly dried inside the dryer, with the moisture content reduced to 14%-18%. After drying is completed, the coco peat is discharged through a screw conveyor. Special devices are installed inside the dryer to prevent uneven drying of the coco peat.
