The belt dryer uses medium and low temperature drying, suitable for materials such as fruits, dehydrated vegetables, grains, seafood, meat products, spices, and wood. After drying, it can fully retain the original color, shape, and nutritional components of fruits. Moreover, it does not crack, deform, change color, deteriorate permanently, oxidize, or remain completely dry, with good rehydration properties. The belt dryer is widely used in heating and dehumidification of raw materials and products in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and industry. It is especially suitable for fruit and vegetable food processing. This device has a compact structure, occupies a small area, is easy to operate, convenient for maintenance, and runs stably.

The material is evenly placed on the belt by the feeder. The belt is generally made of stainless steel wire mesh and is tractioned to move inside the dryer through a transmission device. The dryer consists of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. Some of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated dehumidifying blower. The exhaust gas is controlled through a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with the material either from top to bottom or from bottom to top, which completes the heat transfer and mass transfer process. This process removes moisture from the material. The belt moves slowly, and the operating speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried final product will continuously fall into the material collector. The upper and lower circulation units can be freely configured according to user requirements.
