Its working process is as follows: raw materials with a moisture content of 75%-85% are fed into a dewatering machine, where the moisture is reduced to 60%-65%. The material is then conveyed by a screw conveyor into a dryer for co-current drying. Under the action of internal flipping plates, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed, moving forward in a spiral manner. Through three layers, the material undergoes heat exchange with hot air. Material that has achieved the desired drying effect moves faster and exits from the drum; undried wet material, due to its own weight, moves slower and continues drying in the controlled path until it meets the standard, thereby achieving overall drying efficiency. After the entire drying process is completed, the material is discharged by the screw conveyor, with the final moisture content reduced to 14%-18% (adjustable according to buyer requirements). Special devices are installed inside the dryer to prevent uneven drying of the material.
