The belt dehydrator is a new product developed by our company. This equipment was designed and manufactured by our company to meet customers' needs for dewatering high-moisture materials. It is widely used for dewatering operations before drying high-moisture waste, as well as for dewatering various plant roots, stems, leaves, and fruits, and for the efficient dewatering of various domestic and industrial sludge. The machine operates continuously, has a high degree of automation, is energy-saving and efficient, and is easy to operate and maintain. It can significantly reduce the burden on dryers, greatly improve production capacity, and substantially lower energy consumption, making it an essential pre-treatment equipment for drying high-moisture materials. The dewatered material can be directly fed into drying equipment, significantly reducing drying energy consumption.

The material is transported by a conveyor belt into the hopper of the dewatering machine. It is then evenly spread onto the filter belt by a screw distributor. As the equipment operates, a limiting plate scrapes the material layer to ensure uniform thickness. Subsequently, the material layer is clamped between two fully tensioned annular filter belts. Under the drive of the drive roller, the material passes through the dewatering zone where it undergoes multiple mechanical extrusions by opposing rollers, effectively squeezing out a large amount of moisture. The squeezing pressure is automatically adjusted according to the characteristics of the material to meet the customer's requirements for material moisture content.
