Working Principle of Fodder Grass Dryer
Material Process: Crushed fodder grass with high moisture content is fed into the drum via a conveyor belt for subsequent drying. Through a three-layer structure, heat exchange between fodder grass and hot air is achieved. fodder grass that reaches the desired dryness is quickly discharged from the drum under the action of wind. Wet fodder grass that has not reached the required dryness, due to its own weight, cannot move quickly and thus undergoes sufficient drying within the controlled travel range, thereby achieving the drying effect and reducing the fodder grass moisture content to the customer's requirements. After the drying process is completed, the fodder grass is discharged by a screw conveyor. A dedicated separation device is installed inside the drum to prevent uneven drying of the fodder grass.
