Sludge generated in industrial production and cities can cause serious environmental problems if disposed of improperly. Dingli sludge rotary dryer is mainly composed of a hot air furnace, a dispersing feeder, a conveyor belt, a rotating drum dryer, a belt discharge conveyor, an exhaust fan, a dust collector, an odor removal device, and an electrical control cabinet. The moisture content of wet sludge is about 80%, and it has viscosity. Before the drying process, the sludge first enters a three-roll belt dewatering machine, where about 55%-60% of the moisture is removed. After the sludge moisture content is reduced to about 20%-25%, it undergoes drying to complete the entire drying process. The new internal structure enhances the cleaning and heat transfer effect of dispersed materials, eliminates adhesion on the inner wall of the drum, and has stronger adaptability to the moisture content and viscosity of the material. Adopting unique sludge delayed drying technology ensures uniform drying of the sludge. The Dingli sludge dryer has strong overload capacity, can handle large amounts of material, has low fuel consumption, and low drying cost. The equipment technology is fully mature, with stable operating capacity, and is very convenient for operation and maintenance.
