The ore stone rotary dryer mainly consists of a hot air furnace, conveyor belt, rotary dryer, exhaust fan, cyclone dust collector, bag dust collector, and operation control system. The equipment adopts a co-current drying process. After the material enters the drying cylinder, it is first sent into the material guiding zone. When the slag enters this area, it comes into contact with high-temperature hot air, causing moisture to evaporate rapidly. Under the action of large-inclination guide plates, the material is conveyed to the next working area; then comes the lifting plate zone. In this area, the slag is thrown up and dropped by lifting plates, forming a curtain-like state. At this time, the material fully contacts the hot air, and the moisture in the slag evaporates rapidly and is removed as water vapor, thereby achieving the drying of the slag; after heat exchange to reach the required moisture content, it enters the final discharge zone. There are no lifting plates in the cylinder of this area, and the material rolls within the area to the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.
