Working Principle of Dingli Food Waste Dryer: Wet materials are fed into the dewatering machine, where the moisture content is reduced to 60-65%. The material is then conveyed by a screw conveyor into the dryer for co-current drying. Under the action of internal flip plates, the material is continuously lifted and dispersed, moving forward in a spiral manner. Through the three-layer structure (inner, middle, and outer), heat exchange between the material and the hot air medium is achieved. Materials that have reached the desired drying effect move faster and exit from the drum; wet materials that are not fully dried move more slowly due to their own weight, continuing to dry in the controlled path until they meet the standard, thereby achieving overall drying efficiency.
