Dingli yeast drum dryer is a single-layer dryer that can be used in the drying process of various pastes, especially suitable for the recycling and utilization of yeast in breweries. The yeast dryer consists of a drum, frame, transmission system, scraper device, material limiting device, material scraping device, feeder, steam system structure, electrical control cabinet and exhaust hood.

Our yeast drying machine product utilizes heat conduction between steam and wet material to achieve an indirect drying process. The drum is a hollow metal cylinder with its surface deeply processed to a clean and bright state. Driven by the drive mechanism, the drum rotates axially at an adjustable speed. The slurry is preheated to 0°C in a preheating tank and then pumped into the feed chute. The drum is immersed in the slurry by approximately 60-80 millimeters. A uniform layer of slurry is coated on the outer surface of the rotating drum, and superheated steam is introduced under a pressure of 0.15-0.3Mpa. The slurry is heated on the outer surface, and moisture is carried away by the exhaust fan. After one rotation of the drum, the wet material can be completely dried. The clumped material on the outer surface of the drum is scraped off by a scraper and falls into the discharge port for collection.
