Plastic pallet press, also known as plastic pallet machine or plastic pallet forming machine, is a new equipment for the one-step molding production of plastic pallets. Plastic pallet machines mainly use recycled waste plastics of various materials and chemical properties to produce plastic pallets. Typically, recycled waste plastics need to be cleaned and crushed to remove impurities from the waste plastics. These waste plastics are extruded into a molten state by the screw inside the barrel of the plastic extruder and then formed into plastic pallets in the plastic pallet forming machine. There are many types of plastic pallets, and by customizing different plastic molds, various types of plastic pallet products can be produced.

The raw materials for plastic pallet machines are mostly waste plastics and composite materials. During the production process, the molding process of plastic pallets has very low requirements for raw materials. Various waste plastics and composite materials can be recycled and reused through plastic molding machines. Its raw material cost and processing cost are lower than those of traditional plastic pallets. The entire plastic pallet press consists of a hydraulic system, an electrical system, a mold part, and a structural frame part. The hydraulic system provides sufficient hydraulic power for the plastic pallet press to produce plastic pallets, and the electrical system controls the operation of the entire machine. The mold is the core component of the pallet compression molding machine. Molten plastic is cooled and pressurized in the mold to finally form a molded plastic pallet. After molding, the plastic pallets can be picked up and stacked by a robotic arm, thus achieving automated production.
