Soybean residue is a by-product of producing soy milk or tofu, and it is a material with high water content and oil-binding properties. The crude protein content of dry soybean residue is three times that of brown rice. It is suitable for the nutritional feed of pigs, chickens, ducks and other livestock and poultry. The bean dregs dryer is mainly composed of heat source, material feeder, rotating drying cylinder, discharge device, exhaust fan, transmission device, discharge device and distribution cabinet. After a certain degree of dewatering and dispersion, the wet bean dregs enter the drying cylinder through the feeder. Under the stirring action of evenly distributed lifting plates and scrapers inside the cylinder, the bean dregs are uniformly dispersed and fully contact with hot air in the drying area. This accelerates the heat transfer and mass transfer speed during the drying process. The exhaust device extracts the moist air to prevent the material from getting damp again.
