    The rotary flash dryer is composed of key components such as a drying host, a feeder, a heat source device (hot air furnace or steam), an air filter, a blower, a cyclone separator, a bag filter, an induced draft fan, and so on. The hot air tangentially enters the bottom of the dryer, and is driven by the agitator to form a powerful rotating wind field. The paste-like material enters the dryer through the spiral feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force, and the bulk material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with the hot air and heated ,dry. After dehydration, the dry material rises with the hot air flow, and the classification ring traps the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring out of the dryer, and are recovered by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The undried or large materials are thrown toward the wall by the centrifugal force , Fall back to the bottom to be crushed and dried.
