Beet residue is a by-product of sugar production. The dried beet residue is a good juicy feed for livestock, with high nutrient content, high calcium content, low phosphorus content, strong palatability, and more crude fiber. According to the practical test, the unit vaporization capacity per hour of paddle rotary dryer is as much as 25-60kg/m2, which is 1-2 times of traditional rotary dryer. The output is raised by 50% and fuel consumption is reduced by 30%. At the same time, the footprint and drying efficiency is raised by 40%.
