Process flow of food waste protein feed production line:
1. Pretreatment system: The main function is to classify the after-meal waste, remove large debris (plastic bags, boxes, beverage bottles, disposable chopsticks, etc.), pick out large objects (melon peel, vegetable leaves), crush. The kitchen waste treatment system is mainly composed of a silo, a silo discharge structure, a primary screening device, a screw conveyor, a sorting table, and a shredder.
2. Dehydration and degreasing system: The sieved and crushed meal waste materials are sent to the dehydration bin by the pulse conveyor, and the materials are pressed by the meal waste dehydrator to achieve the purpose of dehydration and degreasing.
3. Solid fermentation system: using the optimal inoculation method and optimized biochemical equipment, the product generation time is 9 hours, the bacterial reproduction speed is 100,000 times, the bacterial protein is between 40-48, and the commercial value is high.
4. Drying and sterilizing system: drying the material, due to the high temperature of drying, the moisture in the material can be removed, and it has the effect of disinfection. The system consists of kitchen waste drying equipment, hot blast stove, cooling water tank, etc.
5. Pulverization and weighing system: The dry material is processed by the secondary screening device and sent to the cooling silo, and then pulverized after cooling. The system is equipped with a bag pulse dust collector in the material crushing and air supply process to avoid pollution.
