The kitchen waste drying system is mainly composed of a heat source (steam), a feeding device, a belt feeder, a rotary drum, a belt discharger, an induced draft fan, a dust collector and a power distribution cabinet.

The process of the kitchen waste drying system is as follows: the drying system realizes the uniform feeding of materials through the raw material feeding silo, chain conveyor, weighing scale, elevator, and feeding valve, and then feeds the material to the drum dryer. The dried product is sent by the chain plate discharge machine. The coal slime to be dried is first put into the raw material silo by a loader, and then conveyed to the bucket elevator through the weighing scale and the chain conveyor, and then enters the unloading chute in the front section of the drum. After being fed into the drum dryer, it is quickly guided to the inclined lifting area by the large inclination guide plate, and is lifted from the bottom of the drum to the top of the drum with the rotation of the drum and the inclination of the drum, forming a "material curtain". The wet base material forms conduction and convection heat exchange with the tube heat exchanger, and is discharged from the drying drum until the heat balance is reached and the moisture requirement for the material is reached. After heat exchange, the exhaust gas containing a large amount of water vapor and dust passes through the cyclone dust collector. After most of the dust is removed, it enters the bag type pulse dust collector for dust removal. The purified exhaust gas is directly discharged to complete the entire drying process.
