Water hyacinth is a water plant native to Brazil. It likes a warm, humid and sunny environment, and it has strong adaptability and certain cold tolerance. It is born in ponds, ditches and rice fields at an altitude of 200-1500 meters. Whole grass is livestock and poultry feed; tender leaves and petioles can be used as vegetables.

After drying, water hyacinth can be used as feed or organic fertilizer. The working principle of water hyacinth drying:

First dehydrate the water hyacinth to about 45-75%, and then send the water hyacinth from the conveyor to the drum to achieve downstream drying. After the inner, middle and outer layers, the heat exchange between the forage grass and the hot air is realized. The water hyacinth that achieves the drying effect travels quickly and is discharged from the drum under the action of the wind. The wet water hyacinth that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. Fully drying is carried out within the control stroke, thereby achieving the drying effect, the water hyacinth moisture is reduced to 14-18% (customer requirements), the drying process is completed, and it is discharged by the screw conveyor. A special device is installed inside the drum to prevent uneven drying of water hyacinth.
