The Dingli coal mud dryer is mainly composed of a heat source system, a crushing and homogenizing feeding system, a rotary drum drying system, an in-out material conveying system, a dust removal system, and an electrical distribution and operation control system. Coal mud with a moisture content of about 30% passes through a pre-crushing feeder, where large chunks of coal mud are dispersed and uniformly conveyed into the dryer. It is dried countercurrently with the high-temperature flue gas generated by the hot air furnace, then enters the dust and gas treatment system.ensuring that the exhaust gas from the drying process meets environmental protection requirements.
