It is widely used in industries including cement, mining, building materials, chemicals, food, metallurgy, fertilizer production, slag, and clay. The equipment can be customized according to the type of material, settling depth, and user requirements to meet each user's personalized needs. The ore dryer mainly consists of a hot air furnace, belt conveyor, rotary dryer, exhaust fan, cyclone dust collector, bag dust collector, and operation control system. The equipment adopts a co-current drying process.

After the material enters the drying cylinder, it is sent into the following working areas: first, the material guiding zone. When the slag enters this area, it comes into contact with high-temperature hot air, and moisture evaporates rapidly. Under the action of the large-inclination guide plates, the material is conveyed to the next working area; secondly, the flight zone. In this area, the slag is lifted and dropped by the lifting flights, forming a curtain-like state. At this time, the material comes into full contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the slag evaporates rapidly and is extracted as water vapor, which is immediately sucked away by the exhaust fan, thereby achieving the drying of the slag; the slag is dried in this area to a moisture content lower than 5% or lower and presents a loose state. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture content state and enters the final discharge zone; thirdly, the discharge zone. There are no flights in the cylinder in this area, and the material rolls in the area to the discharge port, completing the entire drying process.
