Poultry manure dryer is a new type of rotary dryer specially designed and developed by Dingli Company according to market demand. Based on the characteristics of different types of raw materials, different production capacity requirements, application needs, cost control, degree of automation, etc., we can optimize drying process technology, on-site working conditions, and design a suitable drying process. The manure material is sent into the mixed drum dryer via a screw conveyor for downstream drying, with moisture removed to about 65%. As the drum rotates, spiral blades lift the material, conveying and throwing it into the airflow to maximize the heat exchange efficiency between the material and the drying air. Under the rapid flow of hot air inside the drum, moisture evaporates and vaporizes quickly, thus achieving the drying effect of the material. The rotating drum dryer allows the material to have drying opportunities before reaching the next spiral blade, preventing accumulation near the wet material discharge port. A drum cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent material adhesion problems.
