The dingli beer yeast dryer product utilizes heat conduction between steam and wet material to achieve an indirect drying process. The drum is a hollow metal cylinder whose surface has been deeply processed to a clean and bright state. The drum rotates at an adjustable speed under the drive of an axial drive device. The slurry is preheated to 0℃ in a preheating tank and then pumped into a feed chute. The main body of the beer yeast dryer consists of a drying cylinder, frame, transmission system, scraper device, material limiter, impregnation device, and steam passage system. In addition, it is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and an exhaust hood. This machine is a dryer that heats the material and vaporizes moisture through indirect conductive heating, using steam heating. After the drying cylinder rotates one full turn, the material completes the drying process. The dried flake-like material is scraped off the outer wall of the drying cylinder by the scraper and then falls into the discharge port for collection.
