Coffee grounds are porous and can effectively absorb odors. They serve as a natural dye for fabrics, can be used for composting, or utilized to create aromatherapy products or insect repellents by leveraging their inherent fragrance. Fresh coffee grounds are moist, sticky, and rich in organic matter, making them highly susceptible to mold and bacterial growth in warm environments; thus, drying is a prerequisite for preservation. Once dried, coffee grounds reduce in volume, are less prone to clumping, and can be stored for extended periods. For most applications (such as odor removal, soil amendment, etc.), the dried, fluffy state performs far better than the wet, sticky condition.

In response to market demand, Dingli Company has launched a coffee grounds dryer designed for drying wet coffee grounds. This dryer consists of a heating furnace, feed inlet, drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharge outlet. The new Dingli coffee grounds dryer is equipped with a drum to roll the wet coffee grounds, and hot air generated by a hot air unit undergoes heat exchange with the rolling wet coffee grounds to dry it. The entire process requires no manual operation, achieving good drying results and excellent user experience. Additionally, the equipment features high production capacity, high efficiency, energy saving, and a small footprint. Compared with ordinary dryers, it can save 30%-50% of energy, thereby maximizing energy conservation and reducing drying costs.

Zhengzhou Dingli is committed to the research, development, production and manufacturing of coffee grounds dryer, and now has mature technology and rich experience.
