The main components of the wood shavings machine include the casing, knife roll, motor, distribution box, and hydraulic system. Once the raw material enters through the feeding port, the machine rotates it back and forth upon startup, and then lowers it to be level with the machine’s planar surface, where it is cut by the blades and enters the crushing chamber. Subsequently, the airflow generated by the built-in fan blades transports the debris to the output port. The blades mounted on the knife roll are specialized-made blade-bolts.
