This biomass pellet production line adopts the die roller extrusion principle, with the core equipment being the pellet forming machine, which typically uses a twin-screw extruder or single-screw extruder pellet mill. By heating and pressurizing, the raw materials are pressed into granular solid fuel. Agricultural waste biomass raw materials are processed into forming solid fuel to achieve industrialized continuous and stable production. Its processing technology route combines single drying, secondary crushing, continuous feeding, and feeding adjustment mixing processes, with a form fuel rate as high as 98%, and relatively high volume density and particle density. It is then passed through a vibrating screen to remove debris or unevenly sized particles from the cooled pellets, thereby improving the uniformity and quality of the finished pellets.
