Bean dregs are by-products of making soy milk or tofu, and they are a material with high moisture content and oil-binding properties. Fresh bean dregs have a water content of about 90%, and their nutritional components are higher than many common feeds; their crude protein content is relatively high, and in the hot environment of summer, they are prone to rotting and mold. The crude protein content of dry bean dregs is three times that of brown rice. It is suitable for use as nutritious feed for pigs, chickens, ducks and other livestock and poultry. For this reason, Zhengzhou Dingli has developed a bean dregs dryer to help dry fresh bean dregs.
The bean dregs dryer is mainly composed of heat source, material feeder, rotating drying cylinder, discharge device, exhaust fan, driving device, discharge device, and distribution cabinet. The material is first dehydrated to remove part of the moisture through a dedicated dewatering machine. After a certain degree of dehydration and dispersion, the wet bean dregs enter the drying cylinder via the material feeder. Under the stirring action of evenly distributed lifting plates and scraper plates inside the cylinder, the bean dregs are uniformly dispersed and fully contact with hot air in the drying area. This accelerates the heat transfer and mass transfer speed during the drying process. The exhaust device extracts the moist air to prevent the material from getting damp again. A cylinder cleaning device is installed inside the dryer to prevent the material from adhering to the cylinder wall. After treatment, the exhaust gas meets the national emission standards, thus completing the entire drying process.
