Wood sawdust dryer are an important part of biomass fuel production equipment. By drying wood sawdust, they can be further pressed into pellets to produce combustible biomass fuel. Wood sawdust dryer play a crucial role in the recycling and utilization of biomass fuel, and have significant importance for promoting economic development and environmental protection. Dingle wood sawdust dryer are used for drying granular or powdered wood sawdust. They are widely applied to the drying of fiber materials such as charcoal, wooden particle fuel, wood chip blocks, crop straw, wood sawdust, ginkgo leaves, and mulberry leaves.

The wood sawdust dryer consists of a heating furnace, feed inlet, rotating drum, filter drum, conveying pipe, cooling drum, and discharge outlet. Wet material is continuously fed into the drum via a screw conveyor, then separated and propelled by a high-speed hot air stream. During this process, moisture in the wet material is removed, resulting in dried material in powder or granular form. The wet material is thoroughly dried in the rotating drum and then separated again before entering the conveying pipe for further drying. Baffles can block impurities from entering the conveying pipe, ensuring the high quality of the dried wood sawdust. Through the synergistic operation of the rotating drum and spray tube, the wet material is fluidized and fully contacted with the hot air stream.
