Since the sludge drying equipment evaporates and drys the moisture in the material mainly through heat transfer, it is very important to control the temperature. Then, how much is the appropriate temperature control of the sludge drying equipment?
Sludge is a high-viscosity and high-moisture material. In the process of dehydration and drying, if the temperature is low, it is prone to sticking to the wall or incomplete drying. If the temperature is too high, it is prone to paste. Therefore, in order to ensure the drying quality of the sludge, the temperature inside the cylinder must be strictly controlled. In general, the drying process of sludge can be roughly divided into four stages, and each stage has corresponding temperature control standards.
When the sludge with higher moisture content just enters the drying equipment cylinder, the high-temperature flue gas also enters the drying cylinder from the same end. At this time, under the action of a large temperature difference, the moisture on the surface of the sludge can be quickly evaporated dry. Under normal circumstances, when the sludge just enters the cylinder, the temperature at the entrance can reach 430℃. Such a high temperature state can realize instant mass and heat exchange with high-moisture sludge, which can quickly remove most of the water and ensure the stability of the calorific value of the sludge.
When the moisture on the surface of the sludge evaporates to a certain extent, it will enter the constant-rate drying stage. At this time, the temperature in the cylinder of the sludge drying equipment is generally controlled at 300°C, which is a high removal water area. In the sludge drying process, the quality of sludge drying can be better ensured. Then enter the cooling and drying zone, the temperature in the cylinder at this time is generally 120°C-210°C. In this drying area, the dispersing and crushing device in the drying cylinder is mainly used to repeatedly tear, impact, scatter and transfer the mass of sludge.
After a series of drying and dewatering, the sludge enters the final stage. The moisture is removed by the high temperature hot air flow under negative pressure under the action of the induced draft fan. The temperature in this stage is usually 60℃-80℃. At this time, the temperature recovery hole is completely closed, and the air exhaust hole of the machine is completely closed, so that the hot air circulates ruggedly, and the color of the material will not change.
It can be said that there are certain changes in the temperature at each stage of sludge drying, which requires us to pay attention to the actual production requirements when using sludge drying equipment, so as to ensure the high quality of the drying operation smoothly.
