The high organic matter content makes it possible to use it as fertilizer and feed after strict treatment, and can also generate biogas for fuel or power generation. Food waste pretreatment production line:

1. Automatic feeding system:

After the food waste is collected and transported to the treatment plant in a unified manner, it is firstly weighed and measured by the electronic ground scale, and the data is recorded, and then it is unloaded into the food waste storage bin to receive the temporary storage tank, preheated by the heating system, and evenly passed through the double-screw feeder. Transported to the double-layer water separating screw, after the first natural water separation by gravity, the first solid-liquid separation is completed, and the material is evenly transported;

2. Automatic sorting system:

①The first automatic sorting: transported to the belt-type automatic magnetic separator through the double-layer water-distributing auger for the process of removing iron impurities. The iron impurities in the material are absorbed by strong magnets during belt transportation The material is removed to complete the first automatic sorting;

②Second automatic sorting: through the belt-type iron remover, it enters the large-scale impurity separator, and the larger impurities in the material (such as chopsticks, beverage bottles, plastic bags, cans, stainless steel, etc.) The automatic rotating claws of the sundries and the isolation function of the fixed grid strip remove the large impurities and automatically fall into the sundries temporary storage box to complete the second automatic sorting;

③The third automatic sorting: the materials processed by the miscellaneous materials pass through the screw conveyor and enter the crushing and sorting machine, which can remove the inorganic impurities in the garbage (such as plastics, chopsticks, toothpicks, glass, sand, dishes, etc.) Separated to complete the third automatic sorting.

3. Solid-liquid separation system:

The organic matter after automatic sorting and impurity removal is transported by a screw conveyor. Under the condition of auxiliary heating, the solid oil in the material is turned into liquid oil. Under the action of the screw extrusion dehydrator, the solid-liquid is completed by strong extrusion. During the separation process, the solid organic matter is discharged through the screw conveyor and enters the next process.

4. Oil-water separation system:

The liquid separated by the screw extruder contains crude oil, which is the raw material for making biodiesel and has high economic value. The three items of oil, water, and residue in the liquid can be effectively removed by the three-phase centrifugal oil extractor. The slag can be separated and sold as a commodity, the slag can be returned to the organic matter, and the water can be discharged after being treated by the system.

5. Odor collection and purification system:

The odor in the workshop is collected from various parts, centralized dosing treatment, biological spray dust removal and deodorization filtration, activated carbon adsorption, and then discharged after deodorization treatment by plasma photocatalyst negative ion air deodorization and sterilization device.

6. PLC automatic control system:

The whole production process adopts PLC automatic control system, which has a high degree of automation and less labor, and the control of various indicators can realize automatic adjustment.
